Win-win! The referral credits only apply when a referred customer is new to Caviar. Any referral bonuses are at our discretion, and have no cash value.
Please note: The referral discount only applies to the food cost portion of your order. You are still required to pay the taxes and fees associated with your order. These personal referral invitations are just that: personal and non-commercial. That means you can share your invitation link with people you know over email or on your own social media pages, but not on search engines or other paid marketing sites. Abuse of our Referral Program will result in the deactivation of your account(s).
After your first order is completed, you may find your referral link at the top of your order confirmation. If you are using our mobile app, the link can be found, and shared from, within your account settings.
Alternatively, the link can be located in your account settings, both online and in the mobile app. Click "Refer Friends" to view your unique referral link.
Referral Discounts for Friends
Your friend must successfully place their order (first two orders if you are in Chicago, Dallas, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Main Line, San Francisco, Marin, East Bay, Seattle and LA service regions) within 30 days of signing up and must order $15 or more for you to receive the referral credit. After their first order has been completed, you will receive the associated referral credit attached to your account. This credit is immediately available and will expire in 30 days. These requirements are subject to change.
Referral Credit Restrictions
For a limited time, you will receive Caviar credit for each person you refer who is a new Caviar customer and who successfully completes an order in a Caviar service region. There is no limit to the amount of referrals you can send. Credit amounts may vary per service region.
